Shipping

Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days, then shipped from our overseas warehouse. Typical delivery is 7–14 days from your order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping fee: free on qualifying orders over the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout; a flat standard rate applies to smaller orders. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices include tax and import duties — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
